Level I

Grief Companion Foundations

To Be With: Foundations in Death & Grief Companioning

This is where the work begins, in presence. Level I is designed for those new to companion work, or those looking to deepen and strengthen what they already carry. We move through the essential landscape of grief and end-of-life care through an equity- and justice-centered lens, honoring the full spectrum of what it means to be human in the face of loss and death.

This is not just information. It is formation. We do not simply teach you what grief is. We invite you into an embodied relationship with it, so that you can companion others without flinching, without fixing, and without leaving.

This work asks you to be present to what most avoid. It teaches you how to stay.
